We are looking for talented graduates with strong passion in garment industry to build a promising career path with Crystal Associate Programme. This is a fast-track challenging but rewarding program to unleash the potential of young talents and to develop their leadership capabilities. We offer five Associate roles at Intimate Division: (1) Production Associate, (2) Technical Associate - Industrial Engineering, (3) Technical Associate - Intimate, (4) Merchandising Associate and (5) Finance Associate.
SUPERVISOR TRAINEE PROGRAM
We recruit young and high-calibre graduates to join our Supervisor Trainee Program. This program is designed to prepare the next generation of talented supervisors from fresh graduates after 1.5-year intensive training program and exposure to business operations and challenges.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We offer undergraduate students various full-time internship opportunities to give them a first-hand impression of the day-to-day working environment at different functions of our business. Our young and energetic interns are encouraged to contribute their innovative ideas and participate in real projects at Intimate Division. Other benefits include scholarship, monthly allowance, free meals, accommodation and transportation. We believe that today’s fresh students can become tomorrow’s success stories.
