Program Overview

Crystal Martin (Vietnam) manufactures high-end intimate apparel products. In order to be successful in a highly competitive environment, we take the development of all-rounded young talents seriously and consider this program, where we build our future business leaders, crucial to sustain our success. Our Associate Program is a fast-paced, challenging program that will set you up for a highly promising career in the ever-green garment industry. We offer Merchandising Associate, Production Associate, Technical Associate, Finance Associate, Human Resources Associates positions with two-and-a-half year intensive but rewarding training and development program, at both our local and overseas business platforms.

Associate Opportunities

 Entry Requirements

• For Production Associate, preferably Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines​

• For Technical Associate, preferably Garment Technology, Fashion & Textiles or related disciplines​

• For Finance Associate, preferably Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

• For Merchandise Associate, preferably Business, Economics, Trading, English, Commercial, Diplomatics or related disciplines

• For Human Resources Associates, preferably Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business, Trading, English, Commercial, Diplomatics or related disciplines

• Willing to take up challenges, station in the North of Vietnam (Bac Giang) and travel to other countries for long- or short-term assignments​

• Passionate about garment and fashion industry, excellent communication skills and proficient in English​
