PROGRAM OVERVIEW
We recruit young and high-calibre graduates to join our Supervisor Trainee Program. The program is a fast-track route designed to build technical expertise, understand manufacturing operations and develop supervisory skills. The Supervisor Trainee is ready to perform the role of a Supervisor after one and a half year, and is given opportunities for future career development at Intimate Division.
